The Happiest Hostess event staff company draws on years of restaurant experience. She supplies top-tier bartenders and catering support for events across the Triangle. From setup to the final toast, Judy’s team handles the hospitality logistics seamlessly, ensuring the drinks keep flowing and the host stays completely stress-free. Our Story.
Judy worked in the restaurant industry for many years before starting her own event staffing company. The idea for her business sparked when she was helping out at a private party and noticed that people were struggling to find reliable party help and bartenders in the Raleigh area. When she researched local options, the only resources she could find were bartending schools.
Realizing there was an unmet need, she asked the bartenders she worked with if they were interested in picking up side jobs. In 2007, she officially launched the business under the name "Hostess Helpers." However, about a year and a half later, she received a notification that the name infringed on a trademark owned by a business in Massachusetts. To simplify things and resolve the issue, she changed the company's name to "The Happiest Hostess."
